MOON HALO

I have mentioned before in this blog about how the phases of the moon have become more important to me out here in the real country than when I lived in or near large populated areas.

And tonight this was in the night sky.

This phenomena does have a scientific explanation: ice crystals in the atmosphere being caught by the moon light.

But I'll just continue to think of it as some more magic appearing as a quiet whispers in our blustering lives.
