I POINTED TO THE MOON, AND ALL YOU SAW WAS THE TIP OF MY FINGER

Tonight I witnessed a beautiful moonrise over the San Pedro Mountains.

It's fantastic when you watch the moon (or sun) barely cresting the eastern horizon. The size is optically exaggerated, and the actual sensation, the implausible rush of earth hurtling towards the advancing attacker takes my breath away.

Or perhaps I am just easily impressed.
